I call this work ‘Awakening the Inner Heart’.  It is a therapy that supports you in claiming  your joy and following your passion in order to reach your fullest potential. 

In this work I invite you to consider forgetting words like ‘normal’ which simply means closer to the statistical center and better able to blend into the herd like all others.  Instead, we talk about becoming your most authentic, unique and ‘natural’ Self.  Only when you are fully natural, when you are comfortable being in your own skin, can your true Light shine.
